An extremely passionate concert featuring Tchaikovsky’s Pathétique, Borodin’s Prince Igor Overture and the Arutunian Trumpet concerto. We are looking forward to welcoming Brian Andrade as our final soloist of this amazing season.
We are overjoyed to announce our next concert is going to be in Recoaro Terme (VI), ITALY! The town, known for its mineral spring water, located at the feet of the Little Dolomites will host us for a concert on Saturday 1st June at 8:30pm.
We are going to play a selection of the best repertoire we have played over the past few years together with some film music.

At our next concert HSO is working with the Mayor of Dacorum and supporting his fundraising for Community Action Dacorum to raise money for a fund that will provide small, responsive grants for hard-to-fund community initiatives, such as:
• Security equipment for a local food bank
• Travel costs to help rural elderly Dacorum residents to attend medical appointments
• Sports group to help ex-offenders avoid re-offending
• An environmental group getting thermal-imaging equipment to help Dacorum residents save energy
